I will return to posting intellectual content later this week.  For the time being, let's ponder:

Where were the seat belts?   Where were the helmets?  Speeding around the top of London cabs in really tall shoes is definitely not public health.  The Spice Girls reunion at the Olympics closing ceremony was, admittedly, a little bit awesome.  But was there enough awesome to outweigh these safety hazards?  You tell me.  (I couldn't embed a video, but you can watch it here for the time being)
